Dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts Dessert Lady Goods are made by hand using shared equipment, which processes dairy, peanuts, soy, tree nuts and wheat. If you have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free bakery.
We deliver Monday to Sunday between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please allow a 2-hour window due to traffic or weather.

📅 When to Place Your Order
We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance, especially for custom or large cake orders.
Some items may require 2-3 days' notice, which will be noted on the product page.

- Actual Image may differ from the picture as we are using edible food color, not laser printing
Cake Type
Edible Images are only available on cakes with Buttercream icing, Cream Cheese Icing, Mousse Cakes and Cheesecakes. We do not recommend any cakes that are made with Fresh Whipped Cream such as Strawberry Shortcake, or cakes that are made with chocolate icing. Note: all images are secured on a fondant under the edible image which is placed on top of the cake as the edible image will disintegrate due to moisture.
Color/Print Quality
Please understand that we are working with Food Color Ink for Edible image printing, and not Laser Printing. The color would look similar but there is a possibility that it might not be 100% the same. White background works best, avoid any Purple color. There is nothing we can do on our end to guarantee the exact color due to the technology. There are limitations on food color and print quality.
Size Dimensions
The maximum size that we can print on an edible image is 8” x 10”. We would adjust the size and the shape of the picture according to the size of the cake that you ordered. If you would like to include a message on the cake, we would recommend you to order a cake at least 8” (in diameter) in order to see the picture clearly.
Cake Storage
All edible image cakes are highly recommended to pick up the day that would be consumed for the best result. If the cake is served next day, we recommend you to let our staff know so that we can put the edible image on a separate box to avoid any disintegration of the image. Overnight storage in the refrigerator will add moisture to the edible image and hence create bubbles on the edible image.
Image Format
We only accept jpg format and high resolution images for any edible image printing. Please do not send us any other image format such as png, eps, docx, bmp, etc. Please note: we do not have a graphic designer on site. We are unable to change or do any graphic work to your image. Your image will be printed as is. Please ensure the quality is clear, not too light or too dark. You can upload your image (jpg) during your online order. Note: Not all cakes allow for images. You will have the option available to upload an image should the cake you choose have that option.
Lead Time
We require minimum of 3 - 5 days notice to have an edible image printed for you(subject to art work approval). Once you submit the image, one of our staff would contact you by phone or email to confirm your order.
Note: For any large quantity orders (more than 36 images), we require minimum two weeks notice (subject to your image approval).
