Pickup Information
We’re happy to offer in-store pickup for all of your Dessert Lady orders! Whether it’s a last-minute treat or a pre-planned celebration, we make the process simple and sweet.
📍 Pickup Location
1 Sultan St, Toronto, ON M5S 1L6
Warm, light-filled bakery & cafe serving cakes, cookies, pasteries, coffee drinks, lunch salads & sandwiches.
🕒 Pickup Hours
- Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Need to arrange a pickup outside of these hours? Contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
📅 When to Place Your Order
We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance, especially for custom or large cake orders.
Some items may require 2–5 days' notice, which will be noted on the product page.
🚶 How Pickup Works
- Place your order online and select “Pickup” at checkout.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with your selected pickup date and time.
- Arrive during your pickup window and let a staff member know you’re picking up an order.
- Enjoy your treats!

❄️ Hot Weather Notice
During summer months, we recommend bringing a cooler or insulated bag—especially for cakes or items with cream, custard, or chocolate.
