Our cakes, cookies cupcakes, pies, and tarts are baked fresh, from scratch, with premium ingredients. Products are delivered by our own reliable, professional driver, or a trustworthy courier company. This ensures that your order will arrive on time and in perfect condition.
The delivery fee will be added upon checkout, and is calculated based on your distance from our shop. Delivery is restricted to Toronto, and some of the GTA areas.
Delivery is available Monday to Sunday, from 11am to 5:00pm. Due to unpredictable weather and traffic conditions, we require at least a two hour time span during which we may deliver. Due to situations beyond our control, such as traffic and/or inclement weather, delivery time may be affected. In such a situation, a member of our team or our driver will notify you.
Delivery times available are as follows: Monday to Sunday; 11:00am-1:00pm, 1:00pm-3:00pm, 3:00pm-5:00pm. Specific time requests cannot be accommodated. There is no delivery service on Statutory holidays.
Please ensure that the recipient will be at the given delivery address to receive their package during the time frame you have selected. You must provide us with specific delivery instructions (i.e., “leave with concierge”/”bring to front door”), a contact name, and contact phone number prior to delivery. This is very important, as many products are perishable and therefore must be kept refrigerated. We are not responsible for orders left unattended. If the first attempt at delivery is missed, no refunds will be given. You may either pick up your item in store, or request a second attempt. Second attempts at a delivery will not be made unless requested and paid in full prior to the delivery. Any further attempt will not be made.
