Cake Type

Edible Images are only available on cakes with Buttercream icing, Cream Cheese Icing, Mousse Cakes, and Cheesecakes. We do not recommend any cakes that are made with Fresh Whipped Cream such as Strawberry Shortcake, or cakes that are made with chocolate icing.

Note: All images are secured on a fondant under the edible image, which is placed on top of the cake. The image will disintegrate due to moisture without this.

Color / Print Quality

Please understand that we are working with food color ink for edible image printing — not laser printing. While colors may look similar, they might not be 100% accurate. This limitation is due to the technology and food-safe materials used.

Size Dimensions

The maximum print size is 8” x 10”. We adjust the image shape based on the cake size. For messages alongside an image, we recommend ordering a cake at least 8” in diameter for the best clarity.

Cake Storage

We recommend picking up edible image cakes on the day of consumption for best results. If serving the next day, inform our staff — we’ll package the image separately to avoid moisture damage. Overnight refrigeration can cause bubbles and image deterioration.

Image Format

We only accept high-resolution JPG images. Please do not submit PNG, EPS, DOCX, BMP, or other formats. Note: We do not offer graphic design services and print images as submitted. Ensure the photo is clear, not too light or dark.

You’ll be able to upload your image during the online order process — if the selected cake allows for edible images.

Lead Time

We require at least 3–5 days notice for printing (subject to artwork approval). A staff member will contact you by phone or email to confirm.

For large orders (36+ images), we require a minimum of 2 weeks notice with image approval.
