Reward Policy
Reward Points are earned based on your purchase total and can be used like store credit on future orders. The rate at which points are earned and redeemed is determined by our store settings and may vary by promotion.
You can redeem your Reward Points at checkout. If you’ve earned enough points, the option will appear in the Payment section. Points can be used alongside credit cards, gift cards, and other available payment methods.
Points may require a minimum balance to redeem, and you may not be able to earn more if you've reached the maximum point limit. You can always check your status in your account dashboard.
You can manage your Reward Points in your Customer Account. View your total, currency equivalent, redemption eligibility, and full history of earned, redeemed, and expired points.
Reward Points may expire after a set period. You will receive email notifications (if enabled) when your points are nearing expiration or your balance changes.
- Points can only be used in-store and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Email preferences for point activity can be updated in your account settings.
