Due to the highly custom nature of these products, we highly recommend communicating all questions surrounding their pricing, and the possibility of customizing something via our website and email.
Return/Cancellation Policy
For any orders that have been delivered, we do not guarantee or refund packages delayed in delivery due to weather, traffic, or an absent recipient, during the first delivery attempt or each attempt thereafter.
Cancellations for any product are only possible within 48 hours of the pick-up time. You must contact us two full days ahead of the pick-up time to cancel the order. Cancellations must be done in person or over the phone at 416 924 3223. Cancellations made via email, or left on our voicemail system cannot be processed.
In the case of an order that has already been paid for, no refund will be given. Instead, a Dessert Lady Credit receipt will be issued in the full amount paid which can be applied to your purchases at Dessert Lady for one year from the date issued.
In the case of Wow!, Wedding, and Speciality Cakes, the mandatory deposit is completely non-refundable.
