Dear Mandy,

I just wanted to write you and thank you SO MUCH for the b-52 ice cream cake
you made for Jason's birthday. I can't even tell you how much of a hit it
was! Everyone was raving about this cake at the party and there was so much
left over...we've been eating it every day and finally finished it off last
night! We shared it with friends, family and even some neighbours and
everyone said it was the best cake they've ever tasted.
